For an even faster workflow, the Fast Track feature lets you anonymize all identified data in a specific category at once. For instance, you can select all names or all organizations and anonymize them collectively. You can still review and adjust the anonymized data afterward if necessary. Fast Track empowers you to anonymize large amounts of data quickly and efficiently, maintaining full control over your workflow.
The best results often come from teamwork. With Cleardox Collaborate, you can invite others to review and comment on your anonymization work in real-time, ensuring the document is handled accurately with multiple sets of eyes. Even non-Cleardox users can be invited to comment. If you wish to involve others in the actual redaction process, documents can be transferred between Cleardox users, although, for security reasons, only one user can actively work on a document at a time.
