Yes. Cleardox supports 50+ file formats. Simply drag and drop all your files into a single project, and Cleardox will convert them into a streamlined PDF format for your legal bundle.
For example, if you upload an MSG file, the email correspondence and any associated attachments will each be converted into their own PDF.
If I invite a counterparty to work on a case, do they need a license?
No. External users can be given access to specific projects without needing their own licence. They will only have access to the relevant features and functionality needed to collaborate with you on the matter.
Can I work on multiple matters at the same time?
Yes. Cleardox is designed to help you manage and collaborate on multiple matters simultaneously. You can create and work across as many projects as you need.
When is my data deleted?
Cleardox has a default data deletion period of 30 days. However, this period is fully configurable, so we can customise it to match your preferred retention policy.
You can also give users the option to extend the deletion deadline by a predefined number of days, based on settings determined by your organisation. We will, of course, notify you as the deletion deadline approaches.
Is there a limit to how large my legal bundle can be?
No. There is no fixed limit on bundle size. It is not unusual for Cleardox to handle bundles containing 50,000–70,000 pages or more.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored exclusively in our European data centres in Germany, Austria and Finland. Your data never leaves the EU.
